Items that are prohibited would be, Liquids Of Any Kind, Explosives, Ashes, Batteries, Freon Containing Items, Hazardous dry chemicals, and Asbestos.

Nothing higher than the top edge
No Tree Limbs, Yard Waste or Concrete
